Feel free to message us privately or email me with any questions about fabric suitability, design options, or custom requests. We’re here to help create something truly meaningful for you.
- Please send 1–2 items of clean, pre-washed clothing per keepsake (depending on size and design).
- Popular choices include shirts, jumpers, baby outfits, dresses, or pyjamas.
- Avoid delicate materials like lace or heavily stretched knits, unless discussed beforehand.
- You’re welcome to include multiple pieces if you'd like a patchwork-style design.
- Let us know the name or short message you'd like embroidered.
- Choose placement (e.g., chest, foot, or back) – we’re happy to recommend the best option based on the design.
- If you'd like to include a printed photo on your keepsake (e.g., on a patch or accessory), please email us a high-resolution image (JPG or PNG).
- Printed photos are available as an optional extra – please mention this when placing your order.
- Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you the postal address to mail your clothing items.
- We recommend using tracked postage to ensure your items arrive safely.
